Miranda Lambert, the reigning queen of country music, is known for her powerhouse vocals, heart-wrenching lyrics, and a love for all things Southern. But behind the dazzling stage shows and hit records, Miranda finds solace in a quieter life, nestled on a sprawling 400-acre farm in Tennessee with her husband, Brendan McLoughlin, and a whole lot of furry friends.
Forget the bright lights of Nashville! Miranda’s true happy place is an hour south, near Primm Springs, where she and Brendan have built a life that's as down-to-earth as her music. In 2016, she snagged the sprawling property for $3.4 million, and it's become her personal sanctuary.
And what does a country star do with all that space? Fills it with animals, of course! Six horses (including two adorable minis!), three rescue cats, and two goats named Taco and Tuesday all call the farm home.
“We’re pretty chill,” Miranda confessed to Us Weekly, describing their routine as one long, blissful date. “We’ll make drinks, listen to music…sometimes the best parties are just us.”
Their love story is the stuff of fairytales, with a dash of that serendipitous Nashville magic. Miranda and Brendan first crossed paths in the most unlikely of places – the set of Good Morning America! She was performing with her band, The Pistol Annies, and he was part of the show's security detail.
