The timing of this potential move has raised eyebrows, coinciding with serious allegations against Brooks. In October, a former hair and makeup artist filed a lawsuit accusing him of sexual assault and battery, alleging incidents dating back to 2019.
Brooks has vehemently denied these claims, stating, "I trust the system, I do not fear the truth, and I am not the man they have painted me to be."
The lawsuit, filed under the pseudonym "Jane Roe," details multiple instances of alleged misconduct. In response, Brooks filed his own legal action, seeking to address what he describes as "extortion and defamation of character.
