Step  1 Heat the cream in a small saucepan, stirring occasionally, over medium-low heat until hot, 5 to 8 minutes. Step  2 Stir in the bittersweet chocolate, milk chocolate, cherry brandy, vanilla, and salt until smooth and well combined, about 5 minutes. Step  3 Pour the mixture into a fondue pot and serve with desired dippers.
