On July 20, Sean "Diddy" Combs made a touching return to Instagram to celebrate a significant milestone—his daughter Chance's 18th birthday. After a month-long hiatus during which he wiped his Instagram clean, Diddy shared a heartfelt post featuring two photos: one of Chance posing on a beach at sunset and a throwback image of her as a child napping beside him. "My babygirl turned 18 today," Diddy wrote.
"I'm so proud of you, Chance. I love you".
Diddy's decision to delete his Instagram posts in June followed the release of a 2016 video showing him assaulting his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. The footage, which surfaced in May, depicted a disturbing incident in a Los Angeles hotel, leading to widespread criticism and legal repercussions.
Diddy acknowledged his actions in a public apology video, expressing deep regret and taking full responsibility for his behavior.
Despite his legal troubles, Diddy remains a devoted father to his seven children. Chance, who Diddy shares with ex Sarah Chapman, is among his older children.
