While he’s undoubtedly proud of his daughter’s accomplishments, his tendency to objectify her and make inappropriate comments about her looks has left many people feeling deeply uncomfortable.
Perhaps the most well-known and widely condemned example of Trump’s inappropriate comments about Ivanka is his recurring “joke” about dating her.
It all started back in 2006 when, during an appearance on “The View,” Trump declared, “If Ivanka weren't my daughter, perhaps I'd be dating her."
