Zendaya is pretty much okay doing intimate scenes in films and television series, but what makes her feel uneasy is when people specifically ask her about those scenes. Fans have witnessed kissing and love scenes in many shows, and they have become a very normal part of the business, but when it comes to Zendaya, there is an odd amount of attention.
The actress expressed frustration over this matter and claimed it is part of her work like everybody else. She also said it was not her first time doing these types of scenes.
shared via on YouTube that she finds it quite bizarre how people keep asking about her intimate scenes in when she is an actress just portraying a role. She feels like there is a hidden agenda behind this motive, which she could not specify.
“I know, it’s very odd. I have no idea. I don’t know if it’s because they want it to be, like, a viral thing, I don’t know. But I have noticed that, with me specifically. I feel like other actors don’t… if it was somebody else here, you probably wouldn’t [have] asked that question.”
Performing can be tricky, but she noted that it is part of playing a character that has its own life.
