"Can't Stand the Sight of Each Other": The Nashville Showdown
Since their very public divorce in 2015, Lambert and Shelton have both moved on – Shelton with No Doubt frontwoman Gwen Stefani, and Lambert with former NYPD officer Brendan McLoughlin. But time, it seems, hasn’t healed all wounds.
"Miranda doesn’t want to attend any event where Blake is the star attraction, and vice versa," a source close to the pair spilled to Life & Style magazine. "Their egos can’t handle it, and the brutal reality is that they can’t stand the sight of each other.
”
Apparently, navigating the world of country music events has become a strategic game of avoidance for Lambert and Shelton.
“They get their people to find out if the other plans to attend an event before going,” the insider dished.
