Miranda Lambert, the reigning queen of country music, known for her powerhouse vocals and rebellious spirit, has proven time and time again that she’s not afraid to push boundaries. But recently, she’s taken a step back from the whirlwind of her career, revealing a new chapter in her journey: finding balance.
Lambert, who has been a staple in the music world for nearly two decades, recently admitted that she experienced a significant burnout last summer.
"I reached a pretty high level of burnout," she confessed. "I didn’t even realize what it was until I was like, 'I think this is what they call burnout.'"
This revelation came as a shock to fans who are used to seeing Lambert exude energy and passion on stage. But Lambert, being the honest and relatable artist she is, shared her experience with vulnerability and humor.
"I felt completely wiped out,” she revealed.
“It was a combination of not taking a break, or a long enough one."
"A couple of days at a time just wasn't enough for the amount of business I was handling."
She also acknowledged that it was difficult to admit that she, a powerhouse in the music world, could experience such a thing. "I never acknowledged that I could endure such a thing,” she confessed.
