Lainey Wilson, the "Bell Bottom Country" queen who's taking the music world by storm, is letting us in on one of her closest confidantes – and it's none other than country music royalty, Miranda Lambert.
Forget the rumors of rivalries and catfights; these two are all about lifting each other up, sharing tequila shots (we assume), and navigating the crazy rollercoaster of country music fame together.
From Fan-Girling to Fast Friends
Wilson recently spilled the tea on her friendship with Lambert, revealing that it all started with a surprise text message – on Wilson's birthday, no less!
"It was my birthday, several years ago, she didn't even know it was my birthday," Wilson recalled with a laugh.

"She just got my number from somebody… She's like, 'Well, this girl can change a tire and catch a fish, maybe we can be friends,'" Wilson shared, perfectly mimicking Lambert's down-to-earth vibe.
