Hold your horses, country music fans! While Miranda Lambert might be known for her chart-topping hits and fiery stage presence, she recently proved that her heart belongs just as much to hay bales and horseshoes as it does to sold-out arenas.
Taking a break from her whirlwind album release tour for her latest masterpiece, "Postcards From Texas," Lambert headed straight for the Oklahoma State Fair – not to perform, but to show off her prized Gypsy Vanner horses.
"Y'all, I took a little break last weekend...to do one of my favorite things in the world," Lambert shared on Instagram, alongside a slideshow of photos that had fans swooning.
And when Miranda says "favorite things," she doesn't mean sipping champagne at fancy parties. No, this country girl meant business, rocking a head-to-toe ensemble from her Idyllwind clothing line – think bedazzled button-up shirts, perfectly distressed jeans, and a cowboy hat perched atop her signature blonde waves.
These days, Lambert splits her time between touring the world and her sprawling Tennessee farm, a serene escape she shares with her husband, Brendan McLoughlin, and a menagerie of adorable animals.
"We’re pretty chill," Lambert revealed in a recent interview, her voice softening as she described their life away from the spotlight.
