Move over, petty drama – there's a new trend taking over the country music scene: genuine female friendship. Superstars Miranda Lambert and Carrie Underwood are giving us all the feels with their recent Vegas hangouts and heartfelt tributes, proving that women in country music are stronger when they support each other.
Lambert was spotted in the audience at Underwood's "Reflection: The Las Vegas Residency" concert, and it's safe to say she was impressed.
"This show is so well thought out and it is a perfect reflection of her and what a career she has built," Lambert gushed on Instagram alongside a series of photos and videos from the show. "The lights, fire, music, production, sparkles and most importantly that voice.
"
But it was Lambert's heartfelt caption that really caught our attention.
"Carrie, you are an icon in every sense of the word," she wrote. "We've both been on this journey for 20 years and I'm proud of both of us for staying the course and dreamin' big. Like you said, cheers to us and I'm proud to be in your corner."
